Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov is an American actress, best known for her character Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama TV show Awkward, since the year 2011. Tarlov is from Manhattan as the oldest one of twin daughters. When she was 10 she began her acting career in the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. Seventh graders who were in the theater highly impressed. In the summer, she was a student at NYU Tisch as well as at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. She was trained in a variety of acting styles and received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. She also studied at The Atlantic Theater Company and could incorporate writing into her acting during The LAByrinth Theater Master Class. Molly traded in her winter coat with black sunglasses, and headed towards Los Angeles. The actress quickly found herself a three-word role on iCarly which attracted lots of interest by her family and friends. In the years since, she's made several TV appearances. She has also created the character of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly is a pro basketball player who believes that she's more talented than she actually is.
