Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she sang in The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables graduated with honors from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. She is a graduate of the BA degree in Theater and Communication. After moving between Missouri and Los Angeles in 2004, she was involved in theatre arts, including acting and conducting over 20 musicals. The productions included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan for The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly started to get the roles for films and TV when she was studying improvisations in The Groundlings. Her unique voice and petite size has enabled her to perform a range of bright characters. She has worked with Naomi Watts in The Ring 2 as the evil Samara, but she is most well-known for her radiant and lively receptionist in Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party night hopper as a Series regular on the TV Land comedy The Exes. Additionally, she played Alyssa's sassy sexpert sibling on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. She sang soprano in several cartoons such as Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. She was most recently seen in the NBC's hit comedy Superstore as the dim, but adorable Cloud 9 worker. She has a peaceful private life with her husband and two small children and enjoys sewing writing and helping out at school events.
